Before anything below: if you're stuck or have a question, support is a click away. Asking is never a mark against you.
Take 14 days to put it through its paces. If you don't feel the system is worth every penny, contact us with your before-and-afters for a full refund.
This is a conditional guarantee. It asks you to actually use the system before asking for your money back, and to show us that you did. Here is exactly what that involves, so nothing surprises you later.
Two ways to ask. Use whichever suits you.
Paddle is our payment processor and the merchant of record for your purchase. You can request a refund from them directly at paddle.net. Choose Request refund, enter the email address you bought with, and Paddle handles the request under their own refund policy. This route is always open to you.
Our guarantee is offered in addition to the Paddle route above, not instead of it. To use it, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, with:
Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days of approval. Because Paddle is merchant of record, the refund itself runs through them, and their handling time applies on top.
Everything inside the system relies on the completeness and accuracy of the information you feed it. The steps are easy, and each one carries part of the result. If steps get skipped, the system cannot do what it was built to do, and we cannot and will not be held responsible for what comes back.
You can buy the best treadmill in the world. If you never switch it on, use it incorrectly, or put no effort into it, you can't expect a result. The Content Upgrade works the exact same way.
If your materials show the system was used as instructed and you still don't feel it's worth every penny, you get your money back. And if they show a step went sideways, we would be more than happy to guide you through the proper use of the system, so you can get the kind of results others have been enjoying.
To protect all customers, maintain the integrity of the product, and keep the price as low as it is, you must meet these conditions to qualify for your money back within the 14 day guarantee period.
Full conditions are in section 6 of the Terms of Service. The two worth knowing before you buy:
Sent your before-and-after, got your shirt, still want your money back inside 14 days? You get it. Keep the shirt.
The shirt is a thank-you for sending an honest before-and-after, good or bad. It is not a payment, it is not a condition of anything above, and taking one signs nothing away. Every published testimonial from that programme carries a line saying the person got a free shirt for sending it in and that the shirt was coming either way.
Mark makes jokes. This isn't one of those times.
Please reach out: if you're stuck, can't find an answer, or need a virtual hug, we're here for you.
We're also planning a community, to make reaching us even easier, and more fun.
Here's why we push it. In many cases, what looks like a refund is a question that never got asked. Somebody got stuck, couldn't find the answer, and gave up. When that happens it's our fault, not yours. Better information from us was the missing piece, and we own that.
So if you're stuck, tell us first. Asking costs you nothing: the 14 days don't shrink because you wrote to us, and the guarantee above stands either way. We'd just rather you leave with the answer as well.
